“GOLD LEAF AWARD” FSEA 2023 for Autajon Packaging Thoro

Our teams from Autajon Packaging Thoro won the silver medal for the Luxe Pack Promotional folding carton in the gilding and embossing category of the annual FSEA (The Foil & Specialty Effects Association) competition!
This prize was awarded at the reception held on 06 June 2023 at the 30th Gold Leaf Awards ceremony at the Print Embellishment Conference in Indianapolis, IN
This competition rewards quality, added value, shelf differentiation, product safety and brand renown.
This year, FSEA received a record number of applications from countries around the world, including the United States with the participation of the Autajon Group with the Luxe Pack Promotional folding carton.
The originality of this packaging lies in its complex origami-like folding and the total absence of glue: making the unboxing look like a blooming flower. The design also refers to the spring season in June, a wise choice that reflects the date of the awards’ ceremony.
Beyond its complex construction, the folding carton is dressed with many printing techniques: the outside look offers a "soft touch" effect that contrasts with the glossy tone-on-tone logo. The combination of a classic gilding with a holographic one gives relief to the rose petals.
The floral pattern reminds us of spring, and is a nod to Valentine’s Day, occasion for which the Luxe Pack Promotional folding carton was designed.
This is the second time that the Autajon Group has been awarded in this competition, congratulations to the teams of the Autajon Packaging Thoro site for their technique and creativity!
